It may sound like a broken record, but recently promoted Leeds aren’t exactly performing at Premier League quality levels. Lucky for them, West Ham fans are wondering if their current squad could even survive a Championship campaign at this point. Elland Road is always tough on the road team, but the Peacocks have only defeated the Hammers once since 2011, and that was in London. Both teams are circling the relegation zone, so no bet is completely safe in this game.
Saturday, October 25th – the 7:00 am (PDT) window
Parlay: Newcastle 3-Way Moneyline + Chelsea 3-Way Moneyline (+129)
Both teams are coming off mid-week UCL victories, which, for some reason, always feels like a dangerous wager. Fulham hasn’t seen a road win in some time, and Newcastle should be able to overpower them, even with a rotated squad. Chelsea’s offense continues to hum, scoring an increasing number of goals in each of their last three games. Sunderland’s early Cinderella story is heartwarming and all, but this should be a situation where the step-sisters of the league pour it all over the underdog.
Saturday, October 25th – the 9:30 am (PDT) window
Brighton Handicap +0.5 (-128)
Brighton has quietly compiled a 5-3-2 record over the last 10 games, but the Red Devils also seem to finally be gaining momentum under Rúben Amorim. This feels like a matchup of two evenly matched teams, and a draw isn’t entirely out of the question. For those seeking a bigger payout, that currently pays +282.
Saturday, October 25th – the 12:00 pm (PDT) window
Liverpool Corners Spread -1.5 (-112)
Not a lot of great value being presented in this match, so this was a dig deep and find something, anything. Liverpool usually comes on top in the corners battle, especially against mid-table opponents. Although something is off with the Reds in the goal production column, the corners market is worth tapping into. Liverpool has won more corners in 4 of their last 5, with the spread well over -1.5 in all of those.
Sunday, October 26th – the 7:00 am (PDT) window
Arsenal/Crystal Palace – Both Teams to Score No (-130)
I’m not sure what Mikel Arteta has been lacing Arsenal’s water with, but whatever it is, offensive attacks have been unable to break through the web his backline has created over the last 4 games. Palace, on the other hand, has been scoring at a madman’s pace for them, netting 2+ goals in 3 of their last 5. While clean sheets can’t last forever, this one has the feeling of going at least one more game.
Sunday, October 26th – the 9:30 am (PDT) window
Everton/Tottenham – under 2.5 goals (-116)
Tottenham’s offense, usually much better on the road, is likely to continue its befuddled ways against a slightly above-average Everton defense. Expect the Hotspur defense to shine once again in this game, and buckle in for a low-scoring game with very few chances.
